 MAX Athleticstarp is proud that Master Rob Henning heads their Tae Kwon Do Martial Arts program. He is the 1984 AAUWTF United States National Tae Kwon Do Champion as well as 5th Dan Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do, 3rd Dan Hapkido, 1st Dan Hap Ki Won and 2nd Mon Judo.

Master Rob was an instructor at Grand Master Peter Lee's and had his own schools in London and Leicester, England. He has fought 103 fights and had no losses. He won 75 fights by knockouts. Self-defense, sparring, weapons and competition fighting are his specialties.

    Master Rob states, "Goals for my students include building confidence, learning respect for everyone and instilling a sense of self discipline. Even if a student does not make martial arts a way of life, it can help in their future, whatever they decide to do."

The Tae Kwon Do schedule is:

           Mondays,     5:30 - 6:15 p.m. for beginning belts.
           Mondays,     6:15 - 7:15 p.m. for intermediate and advanced belts
           Wednesday, 6:15-7:15 p.m. for all belts.
